Despite many emulators, our original 80/20 chart has proved to be a best-seller since it was first published in 1997, with New Zealand and international demand as strong as ever. Our new design and upgrade to 4th edition is more user-friendly and environmentally sustainable. In a world where consumers question the quality of the food supply, suffer from reactions and allergies or have other individual dietary needs, the demand for quality food information is surging.
